Process features: cotton-seed protein is a kind of high protein product which is produced after the cotton-seed through pretreatment of peeling, husking, low temperature, one-time extraction de-fat and drying, then remove toxic substance—gossypol, and it is a kind of new type protein raw material which is newly produced in domestic market.
