Shandong Chemsta Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd., is a professional scientific research organization and hi-tech company of scientific research, production, sales and service; a holding company belongs to Jining Machinery Design & Research Institute.     Our company engages in the research & design, manufacturing and installation of vegetable oils & fats production and refinery process and complete set of equipments, low temperature soybean meal and vegetable protein (soybean protein concentrate, soybean protein isolate, cotton seed protein, etc.) process and complete set of equipments, natural products extraction and purification process and complete set of equipments, big size rotary drum dryers, chemical pressure vessels (GB/ASME), industrial & civil building, electric auto-control and general mechanical equipments.
    Our company obtains project design qualification, pressure vessel and pressure piping design, manufacturing, installation licenses, and electromechanical equipments installation certificate, holds ASME certificate, and passes ISO9001 quality management system certification. Our company is recognized as National Hi-tech Enterprise, National Observing Contract and Valuing Credit Enterprise, Jining Ten Innovative Enterprise and so on. And we are named as Shandong Province Cereals & Oils Processing Equipments Engineering Technology Research Centre by Shandong Science and Technology Department.
   Many products are obtained National Key New Product Project Award, Shandong Province Science & Technology Promote Product Award, Shandong Province Key Field Technology Product Award, Jining Major Science & Technology Specifical Product Award, and many provincial, municipal Science and Technology Progress Award. Thereinto, “30t/d natural lutein extraction & purification process and complete set of equipment” , “low temperature meal production process and equipment”, and ”50t/d low-temperature soybean meal alcohol leach SPC process and complete set of equipment” are awarded National Key New Product certificate; “JT1200 towline type extractor”, “30t/d capsanthin and capsaicin extraction from pepper granules process and complete set of equipment ”, “300t/d low-temperature cotton protein dephenolizing from cotton seed process and complete set of equipment”, “20000 t/a alcohol leach SPC process and complete set of equipment”, etc are obtained Shandong Province Mechanical Industry Science and Technology Progress First Award. “1000t/d soybean one-time extraction complete set of equipment” is recognized as National Torch Program. “30000 t/a alcohol leach SPC process and complete set of equipment” is included in National SME Technology Innovation Fund Project. In 2012, “integrated heating type bark fiber dryer” and other 3 projects were passed Shandong science and technology department’s technical appraisal. “Integrated heating type bark fiber dryer” project fills in gaps in domestic and overseas bark fiber drying technology, and improves comprehensive utilization efficiency of raw material and energy.  
    In recent years, Shandong Chemsta accelerates internationalized process. Main products have been exported to USA, Russia, Canada, Indonesia, Vietnam, Burma, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Pakistan and Philippines, etc.
